Burst Frames for Canva

A burst frame scatters small shapes, sparks, bubbles, droplets or shards, around a centre so a photo shows through all of them at once. Pick a style, roll the dice, and when one looks right open Frames Lab in Canva with the same settings.

Burst mode

Random spark, bubble and splash frames. The same engine as Frames Lab in Canva; nothing is uploaded.

Opens Frames Lab inside Canva. Pick Burst there and use the same settings.

Questions

Why is every burst different?

Burst is random by design, in the app and here. Each preview comes from a seed; Shuffle makes a new set. Click a preview to keep it in the big view, then open Frames Lab and use the same style, density, size, spread, variation and distribution.

What do the six options do?

Style picks the particle family (spark, bubble, splash, radial, droplet, leaf, shard or mixed). Density is how many particles, size how big, spread how far from the centre, variation how irregular, and distribution whether they sit in a burst, a ring, a spiral or scattered.

Can I get the exact frame I see here into Canva?

Not pixel for pixel: bursts are generated fresh inside the app. You get the same look by matching the six options. The app can also shuffle until you like one.
