Is this the real Text to Frames?
The outline you see is extracted from the same font file by the same code that runs inside the app on Canva, so the frame matches. The app then adds it to your design as a real Canva frame you can drop a photo into.
Which fonts are free?
Five fonts are free in the app: Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, Playfair Display and Pacifico. The other 95 are Pro and are marked Pro here so you can try them before upgrading.
What is Split into letters?
An app option that makes every letter its own frame, so each letter can hold a different photo. On this page the whole word is one frame.
What are Blur, Border and Inner shadow?
Pro effects in the app: a soft glow behind the letters, an outline that follows every stroke, and a shadow inside the letters for depth. Each has its own colour and strength. They are not previewed here.
Why does it say the text is too long?
Canva limits one frame outline to 16 KB. Long text, a big size or a very detailed font can go over it. Shorten the text, lower the size or pick a simpler font, exactly as in the app.
Is my text or photo uploaded?
No. The text stays in this page and the photo stays in your browser. Only the font file is downloaded, from the same CDN the app uses.
